When shooting a home or space oftentimes timelines are tight, and there is no budget for proper staging. At Chicago 360 Tours, we have a solution that provides photorealistic furnished spaces for your listing for a fraction of the price of actual staging. You are literally saving thousands by allowing us to professionally photograph and stage your space.

Simply put, many clients have a tough time visualizing what can be done with an empty space. The true potential of a space is something only a trained and creative eye can see more often than not. Our visionary designers know the latest trends and have a gauge for how layouts for a space can best be acheived. Of course buyers would most likley not furnish a space exactly as we have created, but we want them to have an idea of the overal space, and the scale of elements within the space.

Our revision process is typically 2 revisions, with 24 hour turnaround for each revision sent. We upload the virtual staged home and the empty home directly to your account for easy downloading. Turnaround for virtual staging is often 3 business days after the shoot.
